Karachi: Jubilee Spinning Weaving Mills Ltd. has announced its ongoing efforts to secure a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the National Bank of Pakistan (NBP), which is the final requirement for the approval of Form-26 concerning a change in the company name. This was disclosed in a progress report released by the company in response to a letter dated July 16, 2025.
The management of Jubilee Spinning Weaving Mills Ltd. expressed optimism about receiving the NOC from NBP shortly. Once obtained, the company plans to submit the document to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) and subsequently apply for a Certified True Copy of the Memorandum of Association.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the pursuit of the NOC is critical for the company's administrative processes. The company has committed to providing further updates every quarter, adhering to the listing regulations of the Exchange.
Jubilee Spinning Weaving Mills Ltd. continues to engage with the National Bank of Pakistan to expedite the process, with expectations of fulfilling the remaining requirements for the name change soon. The progress will be communicated in detail by the 15th day of each quarter's end.
