Karachi: Karam Ceramics Limited held its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 25, 2024, at its registered office in Karachi, where shareholders approved key resolutions concerning the company’s financial and auditing operations. The company disclosed that it received approval for its financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2024, as well as the reappointment of its statutory auditors.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), one of the primary resolutions passed during the meeting involved the adoption of Karam Ceramics’ audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024. This included the acceptance of accompanying reports from both the Board and external auditors. This resolution reflects the company's commitment to financial transparency and regulatory compliance.
The meeting also saw the reappointment of M/s. Crowe Hussain Chaudhury and Co Chartered Accountants as Karam Ceramics’ statutory auditors for the financial year 2024-2025.
