Kashf Foundation’s Debt Securities Holdings Revealed by PSX

Lahore: The list of debt security holders for Kashf Foundation, a prominent financial institution, has been disclosed, showcasing a diverse range of stakeholders. This disclosure aligns with compliance requirements under Chapter 5C of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations for the period ending June 30, 2026.

According to the report dated July 30, 2026, the debt securities, labeled KFGB1, are held by various institutional investors. The total amount held in these securities is PKR 2.48 billion. The list is topped by Pak Oman Investment Company with holdings amounting to PKR 300 million. Not far behind is JS Bank Limited, holding PKR 200 million in debt securities.

Other significant stakeholders include Interloop Holdings (Private) Ltd with PKR 100 million and Alfalah Financial Sector Income Plan - 1 with PKR 155 million. Bank Al Falah Limited also features prominently with PKR 150 million.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the debt security holdings reflect a wide array of institutional investors, including funds and financial companies, all contributing to the substantial total of PKR 2.48 billion.

The list further includes entities such as Alfalah GHP Income Multiplier Fund with PKR 103 million and the NIT Social Impact Fund, which holds PKR 80 million. Smaller holdings are noted from various funds and corporate entities such as the NIT Income Fund and multiple employee provident and gratuity funds, each contributing amounts ranging from PKR 2 million to PKR 40 million.
