Khairpur Sugar Mills Limited Executives Disclose Share Transactions Under PSX Regulations


Karachi: On March 26, 2025, Khairpur Sugar Mills Limited announced a series of share transactions executed by its executives and directors, as required under the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulation 5.6.4. The transactions involve the gifting of shares and include notable movements among the company’s leadership.



The latest disclosure details the activities of three members of the Mubeen Jumani family, who hold significant positions within the company. Muhammad Mubeen Jumani, an Executive Director, transferred 500,000 shares as a gift. These shares were transacted at a rate of 10.00, bringing his cumulative holding to 160,175 shares, which constitutes 1.00% of the total shares.



In a separate transaction, Faraz Mubeen Jumani, also an Executive Director, received 250,000 shares as a gift. Valued again at 10.00, this addition increases his total shareholding to 2,334,200 shares, representing 14.57% of the company.



Furthermore, Arisha Mubeen Jumani, a Non-Executive Director, was the recipient of 250,000 shares in a similar gifting transaction. This acquisition raises her total holding to 2,326,847 shares, accounting for 14.53% of Khairpur Sugar Mills Limited.



According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions reflect the ongoing share management by the company’s executives. The designated market category for these transactions is the Central Depository Company (CDC), indicating they were executed through the CDC system.
