Mardan: Khyber Tobacco Company Limited has announced it will hold its 69th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 28, 2024. The meeting is scheduled at the company's registered office on Mardan.

The primary agenda includes the adoption of audited financial statements for the year ended June 30, 2024, accompanied by the Chairman’s Review, Directors’, and Auditors' Reports. In a move signaling ongoing fiscal oversight, the company plans to appoint M/S Yousuf Adil, Chartered Accountants, as auditors for the next fiscal year ending June 30, 2025.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), this regular procedural engagement will also address executive remuneration issues and any other business deemed pertinent by the Chair.
