Karachi, Kohat Cement Company Limited (KCCL) has successfully completed the buy-back of 5,000,000/- (five million) of its ordinary shares, as per the regulations set forth in the Listed Companies (Buy-Back of Shares) Regulations, 2019. The buy-back was executed in accordance with the approvals obtained from the Company's members during the Extraordinary General Meeting held on February 21, 2023.
