Karachi: Kohat Cement Company Limited has announced the successful installation and commissioning of a new 5.34 MW on-grid solar power plant at its plant site in Kohat, further expanding its renewable energy capabilities. This development adds to the existing 10 MW solar power plant already operational at the same location.
According to details released by the company, this latest installation marks a significant step in increasing the plant's reliance on renewable energy sources. The announcement comes as part of the company's compliance with Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015, and Clause 5.6.1(a) of Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations.
