Lahore: Kohinoor Energy Limited has declared an interim cash dividend of Rs. 7 per share, translating to a 70 percent dividend rate for the fiscal year 2024-2025. The announcement came following a board meeting conducted via Microsoft Teams on September 19, 2024.
In a strategic session held virtually, the Board of Directors of Kohinoor Energy Limited ratified the dividend, which is applicable for the ongoing financial year. Furthermore, the company has scheduled the closure of its Share Transfer Books from September 27, 2024, to September 28, 2024, inclusive of both days. Share transfers filed at their Lahore office by the close of business on September 26, 2024, will be eligible for the dividend payout to the respective transferees.
