Lahore: Kohinoor Industries Limited has announced that seven candidates have put forward their intentions to stand for election as directors of the company. This development was confirmed today, March 16, 2026. The number of candidates matches the number of director positions available, resulting in an uncontested election.

The company has scheduled an Extraordinary General Meeting to formalize the appointment of these directors. It is set to take place on Thursday, March 19, 2026, at 10:30 A.M., located at 06-Egerton Road, Opposite LDA Plaza, Lahore. The directors will serve a term of three years once elected.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the seven individuals who are poised to be appointed as directors include Mr. M. Naseem Saigol, Mr. M. Murad Saigol, Mr. M. Zeid Yousuf Saigol, Mr. Muhammad Omer Farooq, Syed Haroon Rashid, Mrs. Sadaf Kashif, and Sheikh Aftab Ahmad.
