For the Kot Addu Power Company Limited, the trading and settlement schedule on a cum-benefit basis is as follows: The March contract opened on December 30, 2024, and will close on February 28, 2025, with settlement scheduled for March 4, 2025. The April contract commenced on February 3, 2025, and will also close on February 28, 2025, with settlement on March 4, 2025.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the trading and settlement schedule without entitlement of benefits is outlined as follows: The MARB contract will open on February 26, 2025, and close on March 27, 2025, with settlement on April 3, 2025. The APRB contract will open on February 26, 2025, and close on April 25, 2025, with settlement on April 29, 2025.
Market participants should note that trades conducted in the shares of Kot Addu Power Company Limited under the MARB and APRB contracts will not be eligible for entitlements and will be traded on an ex-benefit basis. The overlapping period for the security spans three trading days, from February 26 to February 28, 2025. The PSX reserves the right to adjust the dates or modify the contracts if necessary.
