Lahore: The Lahore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) successfully concluded its Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 28, 2024, via a hybrid mode with participants both in-person at Zubaïda Hall and online through video conferencing platforms. The AGM saw the unanimous approval of several key resolutions critical for the future trajectory of the Chamber and its members.
During the meeting, shareholders ratified the minutes of the previous AGM held on October 26, 2023, confirming the decisions and directions set forth at that time. The members also adopted the Annual Audited Accounts of the LCCI for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024, which included the Auditor’s Report and Director’s report. This approval reflects the members’ satisfaction with the Chamber’s financial health and strategic direction.
A significant announcement was the approval of a final cash dividend of 12.5%, amounting to Rs. 1.25 per share for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2024.
