Lahore: Lalpir Power Limited announced its financial results for the third quarter ending September 30, 2025, on Friday, during a Board of Directors meeting held at the company’s office in Lahore. In a period marked by financial challenges, the company declared a comprehensive loss alongside a decline in revenue.

The company reported a revenue of 16.31 billion rupees for the nine months ending September 30, 2025, compared to 10.36 billion rupees in the same period last year. Despite the increase in revenue, Lalpir Power Limited faced a loss after taxation of 829.58 million rupees for the period. The earnings per share for the nine months dropped to a loss of 2.18 rupees from a profit of 12.47 rupees in the prior year.

In the quarterly results, the company registered a minor move in its earnings, with a loss of 0.35 rupees per share compared to a profit of 4.43 rupees per share in the third quarter of the previous year. The company’s cash and cash equivalents at the end of the period were recorded at 11.29 billion rupees, up from 9.77 billion rupees at the beginning of the period.
