Liven Pharma Limited Announces Credit of Right Shares into Central Depository System

Karachi: Liven Pharma Limited has announced the successful crediting of its Right Shares into the Central Depository System, marking a significant milestone for the company and its shareholders. The announcement, dated January 7, 2026, confirms that the Right Shares were credited at the close of business on January 5, 2026, into the respective accounts and subaccounts of shareholders maintained by the Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited.

According to the statement released by Liven Pharma Limited, the company has completed the allotment of 19,979,786 securities, enhancing its paid-up capital to 113,040,367 securities. The shareholders who opted for physical share certificates will have their documents processed for delivery starting January 7, 2026. These certificates can be collected in person, via an authorized representative, or through postal services from F.D. Registrar Services SMC Private Limited, located at Saima Trade A, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi.

The credit of these shares follows a 21.496% Right Issue, reflecting a proactive move by the company to bolster its financial structure. Shareholders are advised to confirm the credit of Right Shares through their respective Brokers, Investor Account Services (IAS), or Central Depository System (CDS) participants.
