Karachi, Loads Limited announced today that its Board of Directors will convene on Tuesday, April 30, 2024, to review and approve the company's unaudited financial statements for the third quarter, which concluded on March 31, 2024.

The company has also instituted a "Closed Period" from April 23 to April 30, 2024. During this time, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from trading company shares, in compliance with Clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Regulations.
