Loss of Share Certificates Announced by First Punjab Modaraba


Karachi: First Punjab Modaraba has reported the loss of multiple share certificates belonging to one of its shareholders, Iqbal Muhammad. The announcement was made on November 21, 2025, by Hameed Majeed Associates (Pvt.) Limited, highlighting the particulars of the missing certificates.



The lost share certificates are identified as follows: Certificate numbers 87431 to 87435, corresponding to distinctive numbers from 8743001 to 8743500, accounting for 500 shares; certificate numbers 229686 to 229687, spanning distinctive numbers from 22879585 to 22880032, representing 175 shares; and certificate numbers 300172 to 300173, covering distinctive numbers from 29620192 to 29620366, also representing 175 shares.



According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), stakeholders and members of the stock exchange are advised to refrain from engaging in any transactions involving these specific share certificates. The company has stipulated a seven-day objection period, after which, in the absence of any claims, new share certificates will be issued to the concerned shareholder. Post this period, any claims related to the lost certificates will not be entertained by the company.
