Karachi: Lotte Chemical Pakistan Limited (LOTCHEM) has announced adjustments to its standardized CSF contract specifications, effective July 24, 2026, following the company's decision to initiate a book closure. This transition will see existing contracts, namely LOTCHEM-CJUL, LOTCHEM-CAUG, and LOTCHEM-CSEP, converted into non-standardized forms: LOTCHEM-CJULN1, LOTCHEM-CAUGN1, and LOTCHEM-CSEPN1.
The post-adjustment specifications reflect a change in the contract multiplier from 500 to 523 and an increase in the free float from 378.55 million to 399.11 million shares. The contract prices for the months of July, August, and September have been revised downward, with the July contract price adjusted from 29.22 to 27.72, the August contract from 29.58 to 28.06, and the September contract from 29.93 to 28.39. The ready price also saw a decrease from 29.12 to 27.62.
