The company has scheduled a single-day book closure on Saturday, August 29, 2026, to implement the change in the share face value from PKR 10 to PKR 1. Despite the increase in the total number of shares from 27.00 million to 270.00 million, the company's paid-up capital will remain constant, ensuring no change in the overall capital structure.
