LSE Financial Services Announces Subdivision of Shares

Karachi: LSE Financial Services Limited has announced a subdivision of its ordinary shares, as per a report dated August 20, 2026. The decision, which was approved during an Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on June 9, 2026, involves changing the face value of the company's ordinary shares from Ten Rupees (Rs. 10) to One Rupee (Rs. 1) per share. Consequently, each existing Rs. 10 share will now be subdivided into ten ordinary shares of Rs. 1 each. This adjustment does not affect the rights or privileges associated with the shares.

To finalize the entitlement for the newly subdivided shares, the company's Share Transfer Book will be closed on Saturday, August 29, 2026. Share transfers that are processed by the close of business on Friday, August 28, 2026, will qualify for receiving the subdivided shares.

Shareholders who possess physical share certificates must submit their original certificates, along with any verified transfer deeds, to the company's Share Registrar, M/s. F.D. Registrar Services Limited, located at Suit# 1705, 17th Floor, Saima Trade Tower-A, I.I. Chundrigar Road, Karachi-74000. The exchange for new share certificates can be initiated after August 31, 2026.
