Karachi: LSE Financial Services Limited has announced a forthcoming board meeting slated for November 4, 2024, to discuss the unaudited financial statements for the first quarter, which concluded on September 30, 2024. The meeting will convene at Lahore.
The session, as revealed in a notice sent to the General Manager of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), aims to review the company’s performance over the first fiscal quarter. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), LSE Financial Services has also declared a closed period from October 28, 2024, to November 4, 2024, during which no director, CEO, or executive shall engage in trading the company’s shares.
In compliance with PSX regulations, this closed period is intended to prevent any insider trading ahead of the public release of financial data. The company has taken steps to inform all relevant TRE (Trading Right Entitlement) Certificate Holders of the exchange regarding the blackout period.
The details of this meeting have also been shared with the Executive Director and Head of Department of the Offsite-II Department, Supervision Division, Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan, located in Islamabad.
