LSE Ventures Limited Announces 11.14% Right Issue at Rs. 5 Per Share

Karachi: LSE Ventures Limited has announced the issuance of an 11.14% right issue priced at Rs. 5 per share, in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2017 and the Companies (Further Issue of Shares) Regulations, 2020. This announcement follows a decision by the company’s Board of Directors during a meeting held on September 12, 2025.

The entitlement of right shares, in the ratio of 11.14 ordinary shares for every 100 shares held, has been credited to shareholders’ Central Depository Company (CDC) accounts as of December 16, 2025. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), trading of the unpaid rights will commence on December 19, 2025, and continue until January 2, 2026.

Shareholders are required to accept and pay for their right offers by January 9, 2026. To facilitate this, the CDC has introduced an online payment facility through 1Link for rights subscription, allowing Investor Account Holders and Sub-Account Holders to make payments via internet banking, ATMs, and mobile banking channels.

Physical shareholders can renounce their Letter of Rights by depositing it into a CDC investor or sub-account. Moreover, non-resident Pakistani certificate-holders can submit demand drafts of the equivalent amount in Pak Rupees to the company’s registered office.

The schedule for issuing the Letter of Rights and corresponding procedures is outlined, with the allotment of shares and crediting of book-entry shares in the CDC slated for January 20, 2026. Physical share certificates will be dispatched by January 23, 2026.

This right offer, priced at par, necessitates shareholders to initiate a Right Subscription Request transaction into the CDC system. The fractional right entitlements will be consolidated and sold on the Pakistan Stock Exchange, with proceeds distributed to certificate-holders as per their entitlements. The company emphasizes that once a Right Subscription Request is initiated, those rights cannot be further traded.
