LSE Ventures Limited Begins Trading Unpaid Rights on PSX


Karachi: The Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited has announced the commencement of trading for the Unpaid Rights of LSE Ventures Limited. According to a notice released by the stock exchange, trading will begin on Monday, December 19, 2025, with the settlement date scheduled for Tuesday, December 23, 2025.



LSE Ventures Limited, a company recognized for its participation in the designated market category, has been approved to issue Right Shares. This approval was confirmed in notice no. PSX/N – 1342, dated December 11, 2025. The Central Depository Company of Pakistan Limited (CDC) has declared the Unpaid Rights as eligible security.



According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), all transactions related to these rights will be settled through the National Clearing Company of Pakistan Limited (NCCPL). The security symbol assigned to these transactions is “LSEVLR.”



This development marks a significant step for LSE Ventures Limited in broadening its financial activities and offering shareholders the opportunity to engage in the trading of Unpaid Rights.
