Lahore: LSE Ventures Limited has announced the postponement of its Board of Directors meeting originally slated for March 20, 2025. The meeting was to be conducted at 12:30 p.m. at the company’s registered office, The Exchange Hub, LSE Plaza, 19-Kashmir Egerton Road, Lahore. The agenda for the meeting included discussions beyond financial results.

The company has not yet provided a new date for the meeting. A statement released by LSE Ventures Limited assured that the rescheduled date and time will be communicated to the Pakistan Stock Exchange as soon as it is finalized.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the postponement notice has been disseminated with instructions to inform the TRE Certificate Holders of the Exchange accordingly.
