For members opting to vote via postal ballot, it is essential that completed and signed ballot papers, accompanied by a copy of the CNIC, are submitted to the Chairman of the meeting. These should be sent to the company's registered address at The Exchange Hub, LSE Plaza, 19 Kashmir Egerton Road, Lahore, or via email to inamullahPlse.com.pk by August 15, 2025, a day before the meeting. The signature on the ballot paper must match the one on the CNIC.
