Ferguson & Co, Chartered Accountants, as the scrutinizer for its Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled on September 26, 2025. This appointment is in accordance with Regulations 4(4) and 11 of the Companies (Postal Ballot) Regulations, 2018.

Messrs. A.F. Ferguson & Co, which is part of the global PwC network, is tasked with overseeing the voting process for the AGM. The firm is recognized as a leading multi-disciplinary organization providing services in auditing, taxation, business advisory, information technology, human resources, and corporate services to both public and private sector organizations in Pakistan.
