Pezu: District Lakki Marwat, Lucky Cement Limited, in its 33rd Annual General Meeting held on September 25, 2026, at its registered office in Pezu, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, passed several resolutions in accordance with the Pakistan Stock Exchange regulations, marking significant developments in its financial and operational directives for the upcoming year.
During the meeting, shareholders approved the company's audited financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026. The approval was accompanied by the Board of Directors' and the Independent Auditors' reports, ensuring a transparent account of the company's financial health.
One of the key resolutions included the declaration of a final cash dividend at a rate of Rs. 5 per share, equating to 250%. This dividend will be paid to shareholders whose names were listed in the company's Register of Members on September 17, 2026.
