Karachi, In a move to strengthen its position and enhance shareholder value, Lucky Cement Limited successfully executed a buy-back of its own shares, as approved in the Special Resolution during the Extraordinary General Meeting held on May 24, 2023. As per the regulations, the company purchased a total of 905,500 shares during the PSX Trading Session on August 03, 2023, at a weighted average price of PKR 596.56 per share.
