Karachi, In compliance with Regulation 6(e) of Listed Companies (Buy-Back of Shares) Regulations, 2019, Lucky Cement Limited successfully executed its buy-back plan, purchasing a total of 390,000 of its own shares during the PSX trading session on July 21, 2023. The shares were acquired at a weighted average price of PKR 582.00 per share, in accordance with the Special Resolution passed in the Extraordinary General Meeting held on May 24, 2023.
