Karachi: Macpac Films Limited has scheduled a Board of Directors meeting for August 22, 2024, at 10:30 AM, focusing on the evaluation of the company’s operations and future business strategies.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the meeting is set to take place in Karachi, where the directors will deliberate on various strategic initiatives and operational advancements for the company. In line with compliance requirements under Clause 5.6.1 of the PSX Regulations, Macpac Films has also declared a "Closed Period" from August 15, 2024, to August 22, 2024. During this period, directors, the CEO, and executives are prohibited from dealing directly or indirectly with the company's shares.
