Karachi: Macter International Limited has issued a final notice to its shareholders regarding unclaimed dividends and shares, as per the requirements of Section 244 of the Companies Act, 2017. This announcement, dated July 30, 2026, was made in accordance with Clause 5.6.9 (b) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited Regulations and has been published in both the "Business Recorder" and "Dunya" newspapers.
According to the notice, the shares and dividends that have been declared by Macter International Limited have remained unclaimed or unpaid for a period of three years from the date they became due. The company has previously attempted to contact shareholders via post and courier, urging them to submit claims within a three-month period. However, no responses have been received to date.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the company is now urging shareholders to lodge their claims within the next 90 days.
