Karachi: The Mahaana Islamic Index ETF (MIIETF) has announced a temporary suspension of its creation and redemption process, effective from April 21, 2025, to April 25, 2025. This suspension is in compliance with Section 96 of the Securities Act, 2015, Clause 5.6.1(a) of the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulations, and Clause 6.5.2 of the Offering Document of the MIIETF.
During this period, the primary market operations concerning the creation and redemption of the Mahaana Islamic Index ETF will be halted. However, trading in the secondary market will remain unaffected, allowing investors to continue trading shares during the suspension window.
