Mahaana Wealth Limited Reports Significant Growth in Net Assets for 2025

Karachi: Mahaana Wealth Limited has unveiled its condensed financial statements for the Mahaana Islamic Index Exchange Traded Fund, showcasing a marked increase in net assets as of September 30, 2025. The fund’s net assets escalated to 641.45 million Rupees from 345.59 million Rupees at the end of June 2025, highlighting robust growth within a span of three months.

The financial statement for the year ending June 30, 2025, reveals that the total assets increased to 355.25 million Rupees from 57.18 million Rupees in 2024. This substantial rise was primarily driven by investments, which surged to 343.36 million Rupees from 54.74 million Rupees the previous year. The liabilities also saw an increase, reaching 9.66 million Rupees compared to 2.87 million Rupees in 2024, resulting in net assets of 345.59 million Rupees, up from 54.32 million Rupees in the prior year.

The net asset value per unit also experienced a big move, climbing to 13.36 Rupees from 10.95 Rupees in 2024. During the same period, the number of units in issue increased from 4.96 million to 25.86 million, reflecting growing investor interest and confidence.

For the three-month period ending September 30, 2025, the net assets further rose to 641.45 million Rupees from 345.59 million Rupees at the end of June, with the net asset value per unit advancing to 17.55 Rupees. This period also saw an increase in the number of units in issue, reaching 36.55 million, indicating sustained investor engagement.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the fund’s total income for the year ending June 30, 2025, was 68.38 million Rupees, while expenses amounted to 2.53 million Rupees. Consequently, the net income before taxation was recorded at 104.09 million Rupees, a notable increase from 6.99 million Rupees in 2024.

The income statement for the three-month period ending September 30, 2025, highlights a total income of 139.11 million Rupees and expenses of 1.62 million Rupees. The net income for this period stood at 153.66 million Rupees, significantly higher compared to the same period in 2024, where a net loss of 0.56 million Rupees was recorded.
