Karachi: Masood Textile Mills Limited has announced significant changes in its leadership and board committee structure following its recent board meeting held on April 9, 2025. This meeting resulted in the appointment of Mr. Naseer Ahmad Shah as Chairman and Mr. Shahid Nazir Ahmad as Chief Executive Officer, effective from the same date.

The Board of Directors, elected for a term of three years, includes Mr. Naseer Ahmad Shah as Chairman, Mr. Shahid Nazir Ahmad as Chief Executive Officer, along with directors Mr. Malik Shahid Mehmood, Mr. Shahid Iqbal, Mr. Shoaib Ahmad Khan, Miss Chen Yan, and Mr. Shibin Yang.

In addition to the appointments, the board has also constituted several committees to oversee various aspects of the company’s operations. The Audit Committee and HR and R Committee will include Mr. Shahid Iqbal, Mr. Naseer Ahmad Shah, Mr. Shahid Nazir Ahmad, and Mr. Malik Shahid Mehmood as members. The Nomination Committee consists of Mr. Naseer Ahmad Shah, Mr. Malik Shahid Mehmood, and Mr. Shahid Iqbal.

The Risk Management Committee comprises Mr. Shahid Nazir Ahmad, Mr. Naseer Ahmad Shah, and Mr. Shahid Iqbal. Meanwhile, the Sustainability Committee includes Mr. Shahid Iqbal, Mr. Shahid Nazir Ahmad, and Mr. Malik Shahid Mehmood as members.
