The company has established Matco Corn Products (Private) Limited, a new entity that is wholly owned by Matco Foods, holding a 99.99% stake. Additionally, the company has renamed its existing subsidiary, Matco Marketing (Private) Limited, to Falak Foods (Private) Limited.
The creation and rebranding of these subsidiaries are part of Matco Foods Limited's broader strategic plan to realign its business operations. In particular, the company aims to carve out its Corn Starch Division and Falak Foods Division into distinct, wholly-owned subsidiaries.
