Media Times Limited Confirms New Board of Directors at Extraordinary General Meeting

Lahore: Media Times Limited announced the outcomes of its Extraordinary General Meeting held on June 26, 2026, where key resolutions were unanimously passed by its shareholders. The meeting, held in compliance with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) regulations, addressed critical agenda items, including the confirmation of the previous annual meeting's minutes and the election of a new board of directors.

According to the certified documents submitted for the information of the Exchange, the meeting confirmed the minutes from the last Annual General Meeting held on October 28, 2025. The resolution to approve these minutes was proposed by Mr. Sheikh Muhammad Dawood and seconded by Mr. Abdul Quyyum, receiving unanimous support from the shareholders present.

A significant outcome of the meeting was the election of seven directors to the company's board, for a term commencing on June 29, 2026, as per Section 159 of the Companies Act, 2017.
