Karachi: Muhammad Umar Khan Fareedy, an executive at Meezan Bank Limited, has executed a transaction involving the purchase of additional shares of the bank. The transaction, disclosed on April 8, 2025, aligns with the regulatory requirements set forth by the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).

The transaction details reveal that Fareedy acquired 1,900 shares at a rate of PKR 245.80 per share. This acquisition brings his cumulative shareholding in Meezan Bank to 6,900 shares.
