On July 31, 2025, Kulsom Kasim, the spouse of Mohammed Kasim, a non-executive director of the company, completed the purchase of 50,000 shares at a rate of 71.81 per share. This transaction brings her cumulative shares in the company to 1,494,202, which constitutes 1.99% of the company’s total shares.

The transaction was carried out on the ready market as per the regulations stipulated under the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) framework. This disclosure is mandated by PSX Regulation 5.6.4, which requires relevant persons, including directors and their immediate family members, to report their share dealings to ensure transparency and compliance with the Securities Act, 2015.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the transaction was presented by the Company Secretary at the subsequent Board of Directors meeting. The disclosure ensures that details of such transactions are promptly updated in the UIN Management System via the PUCARS Portal, maintaining the integrity and transparency of trading activities.

The purchase has been classified as a Big move, suggesting a noteworthy change in the shareholding pattern by a significant stakeholder group. The transaction adheres to the regulatory requirement of a holding period exceeding six months, failing which, any profits are to be remitted to the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP).
