Karachi: Metropolitan Steel Corporation Limited has announced that its 69th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on October 25, 2024, in Karachi. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the meeting aims to address several key items on its agenda, including the approval of audited accounts and a special resolution concerning a substantial loan to its Chairman.

The AGM will commence with the confirmation of the minutes from the previous meeting held on October 27, 2023. Shareholders will be presented with the company’s financial statements for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2024, along with the audit, directors', and chairman's reports. The adoption of these reports will be crucial for assessing the company's fiscal health and strategic direction.
