Millat Tractors Limited Announces Share Transactions by Key Executives and Directors

Lahore: Millat Tractors Limited has released a statement disclosing significant shareholding changes involving its directors and senior executives. This announcement, dated February 25, 2025, complies with the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) Regulation 5.6.4, which mandates transparency in shareholding transactions by key personnel.

According to the disclosure, several transactions were executed as part of a merger initiative within the company. Among the notable transactions, Sikandar Mustafa Khan, a Non-Executive Director, merged in 955,636 shares, increasing his cumulative shareholding to 18.57 million shares, representing 9.30% of the company's total shares.

In another major transaction, Sohail Bashir Rana, an Executive Director, merged in 1,234,856 shares, bringing his cumulative shares to 12.45 million, accounting for 6.20% of the total. Laeeq Ud Din Ansari, also a Non-Executive Director, added 251,172 shares to his portfolio, resulting in a total of 15.09 million shares, or 7.50%.

Further transactions included Qaiser Saleem, a Non-Executive Director, who merged in 340,481 shares, raising his total to 5.12 million shares, which represents 2.57%. Additionally, Muhammad Mustafa Khan, another Non-Executive Director, merged in 4,232 shares, increasing his holdings to 2.23 million shares, equating to 1.11%.

Notably, Muhammad Mustafa Sohail, a Non-Executive Director, merged in 2,131 shares, resulting in a total of 392,859 shares, approximately 0.90%. Murad Naseer Uddin Ansari, also a Non-Executive Director, merged in 331,211 shares, bringing his total to 2.65 million shares, representing 1.32%. Raheel Asghar, from the Senior Management, added 53 shares, making his total 303 shares.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions were executed at a rate of 0.00 per share, indicating they were part of a strategic internal restructuring rather than open market transactions.
