The transactions in question involve Mr. Zia Ullah, Ms. Qurat Ul Ain Ali, and Mr. Aoun Muhammad, who collectively acquired a total of 702 shares of the company. Mr. Zia Ullah initiated the purchase of 500 shares at a rate of 13.73 per share on August 28, 2026. On the same day, Mr. Aoun Muhammad bought 200 shares at a rate of 13.49 per share. Following these transactions, on September 1, 2026, Ms. Qurat Ul Ain Ali purchased 2 shares at a rate of 13.63 per share.
