This meeting is crucial for the election of directors for the upcoming term, as specified in the notice disseminated to shareholders on November 17, 2025. The company has emphasized that proxy forms are now available on the Pakistan Unified Corporate Action Reporting System (PUCARS) to facilitate shareholder participation.

According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), shareholders are required to submit their duly signed and stamped proxy forms, witnessed by two individuals, to [email protected] or to the company's registrar no later than 48 hours before the meeting.
