The decision follows a letter from SECP dated January 29, 2025, with reference CSD/CI/59/2021/275, which prompted the company to delay the original schedule.
Originally, the book closure was set to commence on February 5, 2025. However, the management has decided to temporarily postpone it, with new dates to be announced at a later time. This change is aimed at ensuring compliance and allowing the company to address the concerns raised by the SECP.
