Karachi, Murree Brewery Company Limited held an Extraordinary General Meeting on July 24, 2023, during which several resolutions were approved and adopted by the shareholders.

Resolutions Passed:

1. The shareholders passed a resolution in compliance with the provisions of Section 159 of the Companies Act, 2017, electing seven persons as Directors of the Company for the next term of three years, effective from July 27, 2023.

2. Another resolution authorized the Company Secretary to take all necessary actions and fulfill the required tasks to carry out the intentions and purposes of the preceding resolution.
