Karachi, In the recently conducted Extraordinary General Meeting on July 24, 2023, Murree Brewery Company Limited announced the election of seven Directors, all of whom were elected unopposed. The new Directors will assume their roles with effect from July 27, 2023, for a three-year term, as previously notified under section 159(4) of the Companies Act, 2017.
