Naimat Saleem Trust Executes Major Share Sales in Stylers International Ltd

Karachi: Stylers International Ltd reported significant share transactions executed by Naimat Saleem Trust, a substantial shareholder, according to the company's disclosure document dated July 17, 2026. The transactions, conducted over two days, involved the sale of a substantial number of shares in the company.

The sales were executed through the Central Depository Company (CDC) via Non-Deliverable Market (NDM) transactions. On July 13, 2026, the trust sold a total of 3,450,000 shares at a rate of 45 per share. The sales were divided into four separate transactions: 250,000 shares, 700,000 shares, 2,500,000 shares, and 1,000,000 shares. Following these transactions, the cumulative shareholding was reduced to 128.54 million shares, representing 26.30% of the company's total shares.

On July 14, 2026, an additional 800,000 shares were sold at the same rate, bringing the cumulative shareholding down to 127.74 million shares, or 26.13%. According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these transactions resulted in a big move in the percentage of shares held by Naimat Saleem Trust.

The company has confirmed that these transactions will be reviewed in an upcoming board meeting, in accordance with clause No. 5.6.4 of PSX Regulations. Any potential non-compliance issues will be addressed and reported to the exchange as required.
