Karachi: The National Bank of Pakistan (NBP) is set to conduct a board meeting on August 28, 2024, to assess the bank’s financial performance for the first half of the year ending June 30, 2024. The meeting will take place in Karachi and will be accessible via Zoom.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the meeting’s agenda will focus primarily on the bank’s half-yearly accounts. In line with clause 5.6.4 of the PSX Rule Book, there will be a "closed period" from August 21 to August 28, 2024. During this time, key insiders such as the Chairman, Directors, CEO, and other executives are prohibited from trading NBP shares.
