Lahore: Nimir Resins Limited has announced that its Board of Directors will convene on October 20, 2026, to evaluate and approve the unaudited financial statements for the quarter ending September 30, 2026. The meeting is set to take place at the Company's Head Office in Lahore, as well as via video link, starting at 03:00 p.m.

The board will also deliberate on potential declarations of entitlements. In compliance with regulatory requirements, a "Closed Period" has been established from October 14, 2026, to October 20, 2026, as per Clause 5.6.1 (d) & 5.6.4 of the Rule Book of Pakistan Stock Exchange Limited. During this period, the Directors, CEO, and Executives of the Company are prohibited from dealing in the Company's shares.
