According to the disclosure, Zafar Mahmood transferred 11.40 million shares, representing 8.07% of the company's total, at a rate of 25.00 per share. Similarly, Khalid Mumtaz Qazj transferred 6.60 million shares, equivalent to 4.67%, while Imran Afzal transferred 5.10 million shares, making up 3.61% of the total shares. These transactions were completed electronically through the Central Depository Company (CDC).

On March 26, 2025, Umar Iqbal and Aamir Jamil transferred 3.90 million and 3.00 million shares, respectively. Their shares, valued at 2.76% and 2.12% of the company's total, were also transferred electronically via the CDC.
