Non-Compliance Alert Issued for Three Companies on PSX


Karachi: Three companies listed on the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) have been identified for non-compliance with PSX Regulation 5.11.1.(d) and have been given until January 19, 2026, to address the outstanding issues. The notice, dated December 22, 2025, highlights a failure by these companies to pay the Annual Listing Fee (ALF) for two consecutive years and the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP) supervisory fee as mandated by SECP notification SRO No. SRO 598(1)/2016 dated June 29, 2016.



The companies in question are Dewan Farooque Spinning Mills Limited (DFSM), Imperial Limited (IML), and Media Times Limited (MDTL). According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), these entities have been formally notified and must resolve their non-compliance by the specified deadline. If the companies fail to comply by January 19, 2026, PSX Regulation 5.11.3.(d) will be enforced, resulting in the issuance of a Risk Warning Alert against them.



The Pakistan Stock Exchange has urged all concerned parties to take note of the potential consequences and to ensure that the necessary actions are taken to meet the compliance requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
