Karachi: First Elite Capital Modaraba announced a recent transaction involving its non-executive director, Muhammad Javed Amin, who executed sales of the company’s shares on November 10 and 11, 2025. The transactions, disclosed under the Pakistan Stock Exchange’s Regulation 54.4, involve two separate sales in the ready market.
On November 10, Amin sold 14,633 shares, followed by an additional sale of 1,000 shares on November 11. Following these transactions, Amin’s cumulative shareholding percentage in the company now stands at 4.13%.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), the cumulative percentage represents a minor move in Amin’s shareholding. The transactions were carried out through the Central Depository Company (CDC) in the ready market.
Company regulations stipulate that such transactions by directors or executives must be presented to the Board of Directors immediately following the execution. Additionally, the holding period for these transactions must exceed six months; otherwise, any profit derived must be deposited with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan (SECP), as mandated by the Securities Act, 2015.
In compliance with these regulations, the company has confirmed that the requisite details have been updated in the UIN Management System, ensuring transparency and adherence to market rules.
