Karachi: The Board of Directors of OLP Financial Services Pakistan Limited has announced its financial results for the fiscal year ending June 30, 2026, during a meeting held on September 17, 2026. The board recommended a final cash dividend of Rs. 4 per share, equating to 40%. This final dividend is in addition to an interim dividend of Rs. 2 per share, constituting a 20% payout previously declared.
The 40th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of OLP Financial Services will take place on October 22, 2026, at iROOTS College, Karachi, with an option for shareholders to participate via video conference. The company's share transfer books will be closed from October 15 to October 22, 2026, inclusive, for the purpose of determining entitlements to the dividend.
According to information available from the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX), OLP Financial Services reported total assets amounting to 48.54 billion rupees as of June 30, 2026, representing a significant increase from the previous fiscal year's 43.95 billion rupees. Equity attributable to equity holders of the holding company stood at 11.50 billion rupees, with a moderate move in total equity, which increased to 12.61 billion rupees from 11.99 billion rupees.
The company's consolidated profit for the year after taxation was reported at 1.35 billion rupees for equity holders and 128.56 million rupees for non-controlling interest. Total comprehensive income for the year reached 1.67 billion rupees, with equity holders receiving 1.54 billion rupees.
OLP Financial Services recorded net cash used in operating activities of 1.90 billion rupees, while net cash generated from investing and financing activities amounted to 77.17 million rupees and 2.22 billion rupees, respectively. This resulted in a net increase in cash and cash equivalents of 403.53 million rupees during the year.
